Physicals 2026-2027

Reminders about Physicals

• May Physicals: 
  
  
  - When: Thursday, May 15th, during your athletic/band periods for HS students only  
  - Where:  Indoor Athletic Facility
  - Physicals will be $20 cash/athlete  (cash only, no cards)
  - For physicals to be current for the 2026-2027 school year, they need to be done AFTER May 1st, 2026 on the UPDATED UIL PPE FORM (2025 will be in the top right-hand corner of the correct form)
  - AFTER May 20th,  athletes will be able to complete all Rank One forms and upload their physical 
  - We will NOT be accepting a paper copy of the physical.  They will keep their physical and upload it while completing their other Rank One forms
  - No, their physical does not have to be done here with us; they can go elsewhere later in the summer (flyers with this info are attached)
  - If an athlete is unable to be here on May 15th, there will be plenty more opportunities to get a physical done at a local clinic or doctor's office over the summer.  I will post those flyers as we receive them.
